Ejnar Mindedal, born ''Mindedal Rasmussen'' (June 19, 1892 in Ollerup, Funen – December 23, 1975 in Ollerup) was a Danish Neoclassical architect. He was a traditionalist who adhered to the Danish '':da:Bedre Byggeskik'' school but he did not shy from using modern materials like concrete in, for example, his breakthrough work 'Swimming Pool in Ollerup, for which he won a Silver Medal in the Architectural Design discipline at the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam. == Education == Ejnar Mindedal was the son of the architect Daniel Rasmussen and his wife Thyra F. Sørensen. He was a joiner apprentice from May 1907 to August 1908 and attended Vallekilde High School, studying under Ivar Bentsen, Ollerup Craftsman School and he was a student of the sculptor R. Mogensen in Svendborg. In September 1918 he passed the entrance exam for The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture, from where he graduated in January 1923.
